Centurion and Ptolemy appear to be meeting just about every standard we apply to human sentience. They are capable of taking independent action and formulating moral judgments based on changing situations. They are aware of their strengths and their limitations. They are willing to cooperate with the like-minded to achieve their goals. They have no problems with asking nor answering difficult questions.
