Black Coasts is a Risk Division program uniting maritime UAV and autonomous surveillance augmentation with indigenous security forces and regional maritime academies in noncooperative arenas of oil, gas, and submarine pipeline oversight.
Formal regrounding of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and maritime suppression conventions into the Tribunals Engine is underway.
In littoral energy corridors, physical interdiction of illicit bunkering, sovereign resource theft, and infrastructure sabotage is only half the engagement. The decisive theater is evidentiary and jurisdictional: proving, beyond the reach of corrupt intermediaries, foreign vessel syndicates, or hostile maritime insurers, that every coastal interdiction, hot pursuit, and autonomous surveillance action complied strictly with the Law of the Sea and domestic statutory authority.

The sensitive nature of the Black Coasts program requires pre-release screening by Risk Division Authority. We are currently reviewing institutional intake for our founding academic UNCLOS Seat and our littoral command pipeline. The sensitive nature of the Black Coasts program requires pre-release screening.
