Qualification Process: Upon completing your application, you will undergo a qualification session with Mr. Gwyn, ensuring you meet our rigorous standards including your Militant Rank and Raw Human Capital assessments.
Risk Division Clearance: Upon successful qualification and remit of your Vanguard commission, to ensure that a comprehensive background check is conducted for effective maintenance of reliability and integrity in our ranks.
Onboarding Process: Candidates who passed Risk Division clearance will be onboarded onto the Vanguard platform and operationalized for ground dominance efforts.
Fealty Pledge: Onboarded Vanguard assets will affirm their dedication to the Company, its mission, and their role within The Vanguard under the Standard.
